Wednesday 5th October saw the national launch of ClaireTalk – the online translation tool for the NHS – at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW).
Delegates from across the country heard key UHCW staff describe their experiences using ClaireTalk, explain the service improvements they have seen and set out the significant cost savings they have made. They saw ClaireTalk in action, tried it out for themselves and had all their questions answered by the guest speakers.
Warwickshire County Council announced their partnership with ClaireTalk, through which lower cost document translation is on offer. They also announced that as a result of the partnership, ClaireTalk is now available via the recently established Procurement Framework (Provision of Interpretation and Translation Services, HealthTrust Europe REF: GPM-1295) This Direct Award Framework Agreement is available to any Public Sector organisation in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.; please contact us for more details.
